Where do we begin?

 

 

 Let’s start back in 2010. I graduated in 2010 and I weighed around 140 lbs.

I will state I have always been self conscious of my body even when I wasn’t over weight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Right after high school I went to college where I traveled abit. But instead of gaining the “freshmen 15” I lost weight bringing my weight to around 120 lbs.

 

I also had a work out plan and worked out practically every day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had my daughter in 2012 and I weighed around 170 lbs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had my son in January of 2016 and my weight was roughly 290 lbs.

 

I absolutely hate this photo but this was me 9 months pregnant a few days before I delivered.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don’t have any photos of me full body currently.. I find myself taking the photos vs wanting to be in the photos because I am self conscious. I hope that this helps boost me up and helps me get to where i’d like to be. This is more a self journal type of blog because I did want to log how I got to my current weight of 298 lbs and my progress as I love weight. I’d love some helpful tips below!

  1. Girl you look fab, beauty comes in all shapes and sizes! I’m a massive gym bunny and the most important thing is diet! Try to eat clean, increase your proteins like white fish, chicken, veal and turkey. Have broccoli, sweet potato, brown rice and brown pasta as carbs. Spice it all up and it’ll taste fab!

    1. Thank you! I’m anemic so I already eat a lot of protein! I think I have a thyroid problem because with how I eat and how active I am .. I’m still not losing weight. I’m going to set me up a doctor visit.. even tho I hate doctors!

  2. I am also on a journey to lose weight. It is crazy how it creeps up on us so quickly! You can do this! Hang in there! Be strong!

  4. What a great, vulnerable post. Thyroid problems can definitely be tricky. Hang in there and do the best you can very day. I am not one to push different lifestyles on others, but when I went vegan 5 years ago I lost a lot of unnecessary weight, so if you have not tried that, maybe it is worth a go 🙂

    1. See I cut out red meats already.. and my daughter hates eating meats shes more of pasta and veggies.. and my 1 1/2 year old will eat whatever i give him. I do eat seafood but that’s one thing its going to be hard to part from!

  5. I have always been a tad bit chunky. I was bigger than my friends in high school and college. I remember always hating to see pictures of myself because I looked so large. Now I look at those old pictures and think I was so cute and little! I wish I was that “large” again!! Our minds make things much worse than they really are.

    1. I feel the same way! I see photos of me in college and im like i cant believe i thought i was big then!

  7. Hey, don’t hate yourself! You got that when you are 9 months pregnant! So learn to accept that and start working towards getting a healthy figure back! Good luck and let’s get healthy together!

  8. you are such a beautiful girl at every size!! But good for you for trying to better yourself. I am on the same train. Weight loss is different for everyone though. You need to figure out what works best for you and then stay consistent!!
