Where do we begin?
Let’s start back in 2010. I graduated in 2010 and I weighed around 140 lbs.
I will state I have always been self conscious of my body even when I wasn’t over weight.
Right after high school I went to college where I traveled abit. But instead of gaining the “freshmen 15” I lost weight bringing my weight to around 120 lbs.
I also had a work out plan and worked out practically every day.
I had my daughter in 2012 and I weighed around 170 lbs.
I had my son in January of 2016 and my weight was roughly 290 lbs.
I absolutely hate this photo but this was me 9 months pregnant a few days before I delivered.
I don’t have any photos of me full body currently.. I find myself taking the photos vs wanting to be in the photos because I am self conscious. I hope that this helps boost me up and helps me get to where i’d like to be. This is more a self journal type of blog because I did want to log how I got to my current weight of 298 lbs and my progress as I love weight. I’d love some helpful tips below!
