Hey Loves! This part of my blog is long overdue!
I haven’t been worrying about my health and fitness because I have been so worried about taking care of my two beautiful children. I think that every mother goes through that part of their life.. but it’s time that I start jumping back into my routine and getting myself into a better and healthier lifestyle!
This will more or less be a motivation push for myself because let’s face it, I need it! You’ll be able to see my meal preps, tricks and tips for eating healthy (not just for myself my family as well), fitness routine and weight loss journey!
